Mark is an AV-rated attorney — Martindale Hubbell’s highest peer-review rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He began his legal career in 1993 with a large litigation firm representing insurance companies, large corporations, and physicians. Since 1998, he has been representing individuals injured in accidents or by other acts of negligence.
Since 1993, Mark has been a member in good standing of both the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993 with a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to law school, Mark also attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. His credentials are available for review at the Florida Bar Association’s professional standing page.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and is active in the community. He is a senior high school Sunday School Teacher. He is currently a board member for the Sanctuary on 8th Street and the Riverside Presbyterian Church Basketball League. His family also supports the Wolfson Children’s Hospital, the Sulzbacher Center, the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, and the American Cancer Society. Stephanie Dukes
Paralegal
Stephanie has been with the firm since 2015. Stephanie has worked in the legal field for 20 years as a legal assistant and paralegal. The majority of her experience is concentrated to medical malpractice and personal injury both for the plaintiff and insurance defense in Florida and Texas. Stephanie holds her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She ensures the smooth operation of the firm with her robust knowledge of law office management and efficient handling of client inquiries. In her free time, Stephanie is a self-proclaimed foodie and enjoys exploring new restaurants with family and friends. Additionally, Stephanie enjoys leisure time at the beach, listening to podcasts, cooking, fishing, and traveling.
Melissa Miller
Legal Assistant
Melissa is originally from South Florida, but has lived in Jacksonville most of her life. She has worked in the legal field since 1984 starting with a small law firm in downtown Jacksonville as their receptionist and bookkeeper. She has extensive experience in various aspects of the law. Melissa joined Rosenberg & Calvin in 2016 as a legal assistant. She is often the first voice you hear when you call Rosenberg & Calvin. Melissa sets up files, keeps track of medical records and bills, and provides support to help bring your claim to conclusion. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with a few of the small local animal rescue organizations.
